Shipping and Returns


I stand strongly behind the quality of my products. Each one has been thoughtfully crafted with lots of care and attention. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. However, for hygiene purposes Blossom does not accept returned hair products.


Please allow 3 business days for order processing (delays are expected under special circumstances, like the current pandemic). Please note, orders are not processed on the weekend. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves my studio.


Currently, Blossom only ships within select countries. New shipping destinations will be added in the future. If your country is not listed and you’re interested in my products, please let me know. Please note, shipments outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein are restricted to 1 kilo max.

All shipments are made via Swiss Post. The product prices as indicated exclude value-added tax (VAT).

All orders shipped within Switzerland have a tracking number. We decline any responsibility for lost orders if the tracking shows that it was successfully shipped.

Free (economy) shipping for orders over 100 CHF in Liechtenstein & Switzerland. 

For clients who live in and around Sion, there is the possibility to schedule a pick up per email and collect the products directly from me.


Any order placed on the site for delivery outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties. These customs duties and any taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I can not be held responsible for any delay and/or expenses related to the customs clearance, and thus releases me of any legal responsibility if the taxes were not paid by the purchaser. The buyer is responsible for inquiring about customs rules and applicable taxes.


Please confirm that you have provided your correct mailing address, before finalizing your order. I will not make changes to an address unless notified (on time) and cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.


Blossom products are handmade and crafted in small batches. As a result, some products may go on back order. I will take all necessary steps to advise you if this situation occurs.
